At SOUTH.ST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
